Kala masar dal 1 bowl
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red chilli 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/4tsp
Chop garlic 1tsp
Chop ginger 1/2tsp
chop onion 1
Chop green chilli 2
Tomsto paste 2tsp
Desighee 2tsp
Directions
Take a dal wash and soak at 2 hours.
After soaking take a pressure cooker put water,salt,dal and turmeric cook for half an hour at slow heat.
Take a wok add oil garlic saute then add ginger,onion golden brown then add spices,ginger and tomato paste mix then add cooked dal miv.
Then enjoy with chapati or boiled rice.
