  • Kala masar dal 1 bowl


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2tsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/4tsp


  • Chop garlic 1tsp


  • Chop ginger 1/2tsp


  • chop onion 1


  • Chop green chilli 2


  • Tomsto paste 2tsp


  • Desighee 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal wash and soak at 2 hours.
  • After soaking take a pressure cooker put water,salt,dal and turmeric cook for half an hour at slow heat.
  • Take a wok add oil garlic saute then add ginger,onion golden brown then add spices,ginger and tomato paste mix then add cooked dal miv.
  • Then enjoy with chapati or boiled rice.
